Kitchen island adds to already abundant counter work/prep space. Fireplace in Living Room uses propane. One of the three bedrooms is being used as a den, but does have a door and a closet. Huge Master Bedroom has a sitting area and an en-suite bathroom, two walk in closets, and a jet-tub as well as a master shower with a new door. Lanai is vinyl-enclosed with sliding doors which open to ample screen-enclosed self-cleaning pool. An extra area adjacent to pool area can be used for dressing, extra pool towels and/or pool toys, or just plain relaxing. Security alarm alive and well. Roof new in 2016.
