Fore Ranch, a master-planned community perfect for families and young children, has seen a drop in home sales over the past three months, with not a single home selling.
Other than the past three months, however, average sales price and price per square foot has remained steady with very little fluctuation.
Little movement on the market has allowed for an increase in inventory, leaving 22 home currently on the market and 10.6 months of inventory.
Ocala as a whole is a pretty balanced market, but Fore Ranch is looking a bit like a buyer’s market at the moment. Jump on it!
