Do you like stats? We do! But most of the time when you are looking at real estate stats, they're about a whole city, or a zip code. It's tough to find really good stats about truly local areas, like neighborhoods.

We just rolled out an Ocala neighborhood stats page that includes a bunch of numbers, such as average price, months inventory, and seller discount. We update this page daily and the data is all sortable, so you can quickly see where the hot (or not so hot) neighborhoods are.
Better yet, you an click on each neighborhood and arrive at a stats page with even more numbers & charts. Holy graphs, Batman!
