It’s been a while since we've checked in with Ocala Waterway, a wonderful community in a great location. The market here is fairly balanced with 4.5 months of inventory and 21 homes on the market.
However, the slight dip below the six-month mark in inventory may indicate a bit of a shift towards a seller’s market.
The steady increase in the price per square foot over the past year is also a good sign for sellers.
With inventory low here compared to the rest of Ocala and Marion County, let’s keep an eye on this neighborhood!
