More than a year after it was announced, Epic Theatres’ planned 12-screen movie house at Market Street atHeath Brook moved another step closer toward completion. The city approved the project in July at the 4.12-acre site off State Road 200. Not long after, the company bought the lot for $2.15 million from CREFII-Market Street RP LLC. No word yet if the theatre will feature I-Max or 3-D, but we are all super excited to have another air conditioned spot to escape the heat!
