Florida LLC Domach just purchased the building located at 210 W. Silver Springs Blvd. near Ocala Downtown Square for $2 million. Domach is related to the head of HDG Hotels, Navroz Saju.
The property was sold by Enoc Industrial, LLC who owned the building for about a year after purchasing it for $1.8 million. A non-disclosure agreement is in place. No official announcement has been made about the intended use of the property.
The property could work well for a hotel, and is ideally located near the World Equestrian Center, a variety of restaurants, and the Hilton Garden Inn Ocala Downtown. HDG Hotels has a 26-property portfolio, and is Ocala-based.
The building currently on site is the former European Car Clinic. It is also near the location on which the city is planning on building a parking garage.
