The Crownwood development is located only a few miles from WEC (World Equestrian Center). This community is nestled in amongst large Florida oaks and surrounded by many of Ocala's horse farms. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a living room dining room combination with a screened in porch off the living room. The eat in kitchen also has a laundry closed with a stackable washer/dryer and storage. This is a very well-maintained development. The HOA replaced all of the community's roofs in 2019 with shiny metal roofs and recently repainted all exteriors. The AC unit was replaced in 2020.
