So let me tell you about what my owner did! They expanded and opened up the front porch so now when you walk up to me you just go WOW!! I'm quite a show stopper before you even open the front door! I have a beautiful glass front door and once you are inside you won't believe your eyes! Beautiful tile floor and if you look straight ahead you will see the French doors that lead to a 326 sq foot Florida room with its own thermostat, gorgeous tile floors, lots of windows and a door that leads to cozy patio outside for barbequing. But WAIT you have to see my kitchen! Upgraded cabinetry, Corian counter tops, built in pull out drawers, under cabinet lighting, recessed lighting, and a breakfast counter too! Now the best part - they redid my master bathroom and it's just amazing! Expanded to 130 sq feet with beautiful cabinetry and countertop, the finest in fixtures, solar tube, a tiled walk in shower with a seat and a heat lamp! I know you can't wait to take a shower in this luxurious bathroom! I also have a huge Master Bedroom and talk about closet space, 2 linen closets and a large L shaped closet as well. My other two bedrooms are a good size and have double closets for all your wardrobe needs. My garage is big enough for 2 cars and there is enough space for a workbench and I have screens to keep the bugs out. Oh and let's not forget MY ROOF is ONLY 2 years old and my AC was replaced in 2010. So what are you waiting for? COME SEE ME BEFORE I'M SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE! You won't be disappointed!
