This is a decent home. It will sell quick for the price we are asking. The homeowner dues are very fair for the amenities. Two swimming pools, tennis courts, and lots of extras. It is in a 55 plus community and will be very affordable living in a great location that is convenient to shopping, Walmart, Lowes, Publix, etc. Great restaurants are just around the corner. Very close to Top of the World. Golf carts are allowed. The area is quiet with mature trees. It would be very hard to find another property in this shape for the price! The roof is only 6 years old. The a/c unit is 12 years old.
