Resolve to Dine at Locally Owned Restaurants in 2019

As 2018 winds down, you might be starting to think about making some New Year's resolutions. Losing weight and exercising more are common ones, but if you like to dine out, how about resolving to do so at more privately-owned and operated local restaurants than at chains? While chain restaurants like Applebee’s, Chili's and Olive Garden may provide us with comfort and confidence in their consistency, we can help the Ocala economy by supporting local eateries and giving us the opportunity to cook for us.
